Script and RMM delays
Scripting and RMM performance have returned to normal operating parameters. We will continue monitoring to ensure system stability.
The root cause of the delay has been identified and a fix has been deployed. Latency remains higher than normal, but performance is actively improving. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
We’re seeing delays of up to 2 hours with script processing, script results, asset installation, and some other RMM-related tasks. We’re taking action to remediate the delays while investigating the root cause.
