We’ll be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. Syncro will remain available throughout, but the MCP and Ticket Search features may be unstable during this time. Additionally, assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
