500 error when accessing organizations

We’re no longer seeing 500 errors and access has been restored for affected partners. The upstream AWS incident is still listed as active on their end, so we’re continuing to monitor closely in case of any further impact.

We’ve identified the issue affecting the Organizations page and related areas. A database backup process is currently stalled due to an issue with our cloud infrastructure provider, and standard recovery options are temporarily unavailable on our end. Our team is engaged with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible.

We’re investigating reports of 500 errors when accessing the Organizations page. Early indicators suggest the impact appears to be limited to organizations with Microsoft integrations enabled. We’re working to confirm scope and root cause.
