RMM Background Tasks Delayed

A fix has been deployed, and RMM performance along with asset synchronization have returned to normal levels. We consider this issue resolved and will continue to monitor the environment to ensure ongoing platform stability.

We are currently observing delays impacting RMM-related tasks within Syncro.

Newly deployed assets may take longer than expected to sync and become visible in the platform, despite deploying successfully. Scripts are continuing to execute on endpoints; however, Script History and run details may be delayed in appearing within the dashboard. Additionally, general asset activity updates are experiencing delays.

We have deployed an update, and the RMM background performance has improved. We are in a state of ongoing improvement. We will continue to monitor and ensure continued platform stability and provide further updates as they become available.
