RMM Background Tasks Delayed
The RMM background performance has continued to remain stable. This issue has now been moved to resolved.
We have deployed an update, and the RMM background performance has improved. We are in a state of ongoing improvement. We will continue to monitor and ensure continued platform stability and provide further updates as they become available.
We are currently observing delays impacting RMM-related tasks within Syncro.
Newly deployed assets may take longer than expected to sync and become visible in the platform, despite deploying successfully. Scripts are continuing to execute on endpoints; however, Script History and run details may be delayed in appearing within the dashboard. Additionally, general asset activity updates are experiencing delays.
Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
