Syncro will be performing scheduled maintenance to our RMM Agent Update Servers and Backgrounding Tools service on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Expected Impact

New Installations: Partners may experience intermittent issues downloading agent installers (EXE, MSI, etc.) or installing new agents while the maintenance is in progress.
Backgrounding Tools: The Backgrounding Tools service will be temporarily affected during this window.
Existing Agents: There is no expected impact on existing agents already deployed in the field.
