Syncro will be performing unplanned limited-downtime maintenance on our presence servers to mitigate the timeout issues some users are experiencing. The maintenance window will begin at 4:00 pm PST and will last for approximately 3 hours. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. Live chat notifications will also be unavailable. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
