We have confirmed that our third-party service provider has resolved the underlying issue. As a result, all Syncro support channels, including phone, chat, and email, are now fully operational.

The third party service we use for support communication is currently experiencing an outage. Phone calls, chats, and emails to Syncro Support will either be unavailable or have delayed response until the outage is resolved by our third party. We will post updates here as we receive them.
