Background Workers

Earlier this evening, our database provider conducted unplanned maintenance on our RMM database. This resulted in a service interruption that lasted for 18 minutes between 20:45 and 21:45 EDT.

Service was fully restored following the maintenance window. We have been monitoring the database since and can confirm that all systems are operating normally.
