We have deployed a hotfix which has resolved this issue. SyncroLive is now signed as expected and the agent is operating normally. If any devices were not online when the hotfix went live, they will update automatically once they come back online.

Rozpoznany problem

We are aware of an issue with a recent rollout of SyncroLive where the agent was not fully signed. Our engineers are working on a fix and will be redeploying the fully signed agent.
