An important update to our SyncroRecovery service (v1.0.28) is scheduled for Tuesday, July 1st, at 1:00 AM PT. This update modifies C:\ProgramData\Syncro\bin\Syncro.Overmind.Service.exe on your endpoints.

Users with application whitelisting tools like ThreatLocker or AppLocker must allow this new binary to ensure uninterrupted automatic Syncro updates. Please refer to our Exceptions and Allowlist documentation for more details.

This version includes critical bug fixes to improve update reliability. No other action is required.
