June 10th was a large Patch Tuesday and during the US overnight we typically process all of the patches that were released. We use Redis across the platform for ephemeral memory and while processing these patches, we hit the memory limit of our current Redis cluster. Our engineers are digging into the root cause here to ensure the proper sizing of our Redis cluster, how we process patches, and if we need to make any changes to our architecture.
The status page was not updated because the overnight group did not have the proper access which has been solved.
Our engineerings have successfully resolved the issue and Syncro is loading as expected
We are experiencing an issue with the Syncro Platform showing 500 errors. Our engineering team is investigating.
