Syncro inaccessible for some users - 500 error

Post-mortem

During our deploy process, our build system leverages a package manager to build our front end assets. There was a brief interruption in this remote package manager that caused the assets to fail to build. Our build system took the failed asset build and added it to the image that was deployed to production. This caused users to experience a 500 error because there were no front end assets.
Our team updated our build process to require success of every build step before moving to the following steps.
