Problem Identified

We have deployed updates and are starting to see improvements in performance. Some RMM-related updates in Syncro currently still have a 1-2 hour delay for reporting. We are actively working to resolve these delays as quickly as possible.

Problem Identified

We are seeing a delay in the reporting of some RMM-related tasks in Syncro. For example, new assets are taking up to 1-2 hours to sync back and become visible within Syncro, even though the asset deployed properly. We have identified the root cause and are deploying a fix.
