This issue is now resolved. We have released an update to the Windows agent version 1.0.186.17153 and confirmed that the system tray menu types “Customer Portal” and “URL” are launching URLs in the default browser in Windows as expected now.
We are investigating an issue affecting Windows agents where the systems tray menu types “Customer Portal” and “URL” are launching the Documents folder in Windows File Explorer rather than launching the URL in the default browser.
