Attachments are now observed as functional and have returned to normal operation.
Deployments are nearing completion and we are observing that attachments can be uploaded on systems where the deployment has been completed. We will continue to monitor improvements.
Root cause has been identified and solutions are currently being implemented. Further updates will be posted as we move into deployment.
An issue regarding the inability to upload attachments to Tickets, Assets and Invoices has been identified. We are currently investigating these reports.
