Issue Being Monitored: Intermittent Agents Offline

After continued monitoring, the Australian networking issue seems to be resolved and agents are now holding a steady connection to our systems. AWS confirmed an issue with an external networking provider in AUS. Unfortunately we do not have any other information at this time on the original issue or the resolution.

At this time we are investigating what appears to be an Australian ISP regional specific intermittent experience where agents are not holding a stable connection and throwing offline alerts. Our Support and Engineering Team are going to continue to monitor this situation.
