The fix is fully deployed and has resolved the issue. We are no longer seeing errors when loading tickets or reports.

Monitoring

We have deployed a fix for the 500 error on certain tickets and reports. We are monitoring to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Problem Identified

A number of tickets and reports pages are failing to load due to a 500 error on a limited number of accounts. The team is aware and is actively working on a fix to restore functionality to these affected users.
