Syncro will be doing no-downtime maintenance on our presence system servers on March 15th from 5pm to 7pm PST. During this maintenance window, realtime actions such as running a script or updating a policy will not happen immediately, but instead will be caught by the agent’s 15 minute fallback mechanism. To be clear, these actions will still perform as expected, but they will not happen immediately during the maintenance window. Additionally our offline alert feature will be disabled during the maintenance window.

Updates on the progress of the Maintenance will be posted on the status site, along with when it is complete and functionality has returned to normal.
