Syncro will be doing no-downtime maintenance on our presence servers on Friday, Feb 23rd from 4pm to 5:30pm PST. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
