Delays with new Syncro Agent installs completing their first sync

We released a fix to address the latency issues with new device check ins and have been continuing to monitor closely and have confirmed no further delays at this time.

Problem Identified

The team is currently working to address an issue that’s causing delays with new Syncro Agent Installs checking in and completing their first sync. Until the fix for this is released, new installs may take up to 30 minutes to complete their first sync.
