Syncro will be doing no-downtime maintenance on our backend servers on September 6th from 5pm to 7pm PST. While the purpose of the maintenance is not around our offline alert system, we will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
