Postmortem

At approximately 6:21 am EST our engineering team released a change meant to fix an issue with certain ticket views not loading properly. This change caused ticket views to be unavailable for any user not in the Team Plan Early Access program. The engineering team reverted the change to restore access to all Ticket Views. We are evaluating our QA process to determine why this testing was missed and to ensure that this does not happen again.
