The team has addressed the latency issue with scheduled tasks and we’re seeing that data is being synced at expected rates now.

Opened

The team is investigating an issue which is leading to delays in scheduled tasks including RMM automations, generating reports, and syncing to third-party apps such as calendar integrations and Dropbox.

We’re working to resolve the issue now and will update here as soon as we have more information.
