Rich Text feature incorrectly rolled out to Partner accounts

Today at approximately 1pm PST we were alerted to the fact that our RIch Text and Image Embed feature had inadvertently been activated out to accounts who had not requested it. This was not part of our planned global rollout but a process failure around our tool that allows us to release features to specific accounts. We have corrected the issue and are making changes to the tool to ensure this doesn’t happen again. There is no expected impact on partners who had the feature activated then deactivated on their accounts but if any issues occurred, please write to support for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
