Our team has been monitoring the state of RMM services since fixing the issue and everything has continued to look healthy and operational, so we are resolving this issue.

Problem Identified

Our team was alerted to an issue where RMM features (the web app communicating with agents) is experiencing a service outage. The current impact on partners will be scripts failing to run. We have identified the source of the issue and are working to bring the service back online
