We have confirmed that the Bitdefender update to address the false detection of the Syncro agent has been released and is no longer flagging our agent as suspicious.

We wanted to provide you an update on the ongoing issue where Bitdefender is falsely detecting our agent as suspicious.

Bitdefender’s team has confirmed that an update to clear the false detection is scheduled to release shortly. We will post a status update as soon as this has been released and we have confirmed that the outstanding issue is resolved.

We wanted to share an update regarding the ongoing issue where Bitdefender is incorrectly flagging the Syncro service as suspicious. As of this morning, Bitdefender has escalated this issue with their Anti-malware team and are treating this as a high priority. Their analysis is currently in progress and we will update this status site post with an update or when the issue is resolved.
