We have finished releasing the latest version of the Syncro Agent which expected to resolve issues with Chat, Scripting and other minor areas of the Syncro Agent’s functionality. Our team will be monitoring the fix and will resolve this issue when sufficient time has passed to ensure that the issue is fixed for all affected Partners.

We have begun to release an update to affected Syncro Agents which should resolve the reported issues. We will continue to monitor the release and verify it does resolve the issues as expected. We will update the status site with further updates after doing so.
