Email provider causing outbound email disruption


The Outbound email issues have been Resolved. Emails are being sent out that were created during the issue. Notifications are correctly sending once more as well.

Problem Identified

We are continuing to see email issues with Sendgrid. While we continue to work with Sendgrid you can setup BYO SMTP and outbound email will work. Inbound email is functioning normally. For Notification emails you can setup SMS, In-App, Mobile Push, and Webhooks (Slack, Teams) to receive notifications.


Our email provider SendGrid is causing an email disruption. We are in communication with them and will provide updates as we have them.
