Our development team has released a fix for the issue with our online presence monitor and we’re seeing systems reporting online as expected now. We’ll continue to monitor for any further issues.

We’re seeing issues with our online status indicator for Syncro Agents. Syncro agents in the system are currently reporting offline. Syncro Live is still accessible on online systems while in this state.
