Investigating RMM Agent download issue
We are seeing access to the Agent Installers having been restored to all accounts. We are going to continue to watch traffic on the install server to make sure things have normalized.
We are seeing progress with some accounts having regained access to downloading agents. We are aware that there are still accounts that cannot download the agent and are working to get all accounts able to download the agent.
The developers are continuing their work on resolving the Agent download issue. We hope to have more information for you as we continue our work.
