Presence subsystem misfiring alerts incorrectly

We’ve identified the issue that was causing the Offline alert system to spam email to Users. We are working on a solution and have messaged all Syncro Users with additional information on what transpired.

Our presence sub-system is handled by an upstream provider and the provider has been having difficulty over the last couple of days. You may have possibly have gotten some false alerts due to this. We are actively working on replacing this system and moving to a different solution to ensure greater stability and reliability.
