Investigating reports of Tickets not having an email option

We have deployed a fix to address the ticket comment email option. We are going to keep an eye on the update to make sure things stay in order.

Investigating reports of Tickets not having an email option when “ Do not email comments by default” is enabled. Devs are working on this now. More info soon.
