Syncro Live Performance Issues
We are observing normal traffic and Syncro Live is working as expected. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we addressed the issue. We will continue to monitor traffic as the day continues.
The developers have made progress mitigating the error and we are beginning to see traffic gradually improve.
We are continuing to work on the error. Some progress has been made to restoring functionality soon.
We are observing an error preventing Users from connecting to Syncro Live. The team is working on the issue and we will continue to update as we have more information.
